Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by ASEU Trading Ltd without notice. UK Law is that applicable to these terms and conditions.
By placing your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Price
The price of products can be found from our website by log in as trader. All product prices are in £ sterling exclusive of VAT and delivery fee. We reserve the right to reprice our products if there is a fluctuation of currency of Sterling and supplier’s country or the material cost adjusted by the manufactory.
2. Availability
All products are
subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Customer can check
stock status at our website by trader log in. If any product is temporarily out
of stock, it will be kept on your back order until it comes in stock again, or
it can be cancelled or refunded.
3. Delivery
U.K delivery
Your order will be despatched by Fedex UK insured couriers with next day delivery service. The lead time is 2-5 days after receipt of your order, depending on the order quantity. But it might take few days longer during peak seasons.You may receive the order delivery at anytime between 8 and to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Customer will need to pay full delivery costs refer to delivery fee
In the event of delivery not being possible within 7 days (UK) (about 20 days
elsewhere) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any
changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of
monies paid.
International delivery
ASEU will accept international orders from most countries. If you order from our UK stock, the lead time is 7-10 working days. If you want to make FOB order from our Chinese Factory, the Normal production leading time is 60 days, depending upon the different season productions. ASEU can ship to you via the carrier by you choice, please refer to the comments following the shipping selection when completing your order.
If there is any item out of stock in your order, we will inform you an
approximate date of replenishment. You can wait for it arriving in stock or
choose alternative item, or you have the choice to cancel this item with full
refund of money paid.
To ensure against loss or damage, we strongly advise that you count each carton or package on receipt; please record any damaged or missing items on the delivery, and contact us within tree days; otherwise, we cannot refund or replace goods.
4. Payment
We accept payment by Cheque, Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card (2% bank charge), Bank Transfer or American Express. We also use Paypal as our online payment solutions, but the delivery fee is not included. We will send you a delivery note with invoice, and customer need to pay for the delivery fee separately. Your account details can be found on the top of your invoice. Please attach the Remittance Note to your payment and make payable to: ASEU Trading Ltd.
For the FOB order from China, we need 30% deposit and the balance against faxed shipping documents after shipment effected.
For account holders, our terms of trade are 3 weeks from the date of invoice. On laps of 3 weeks your account will attract a levy of 3% monthly interest.
In the event of late or non-payment of invoice(s), all or any third party collection costs become payable by the buyer/debtor.
5. Replacement
and Refunds
if an item is
found to be faulty or damaged on receipt, please
contact us by phone or email within 7 days. You can choose either to
receive a replacement item or to receive a refund that you paid for this item;
however, the
delivery fee cannot be refunded.
6. Complaints
We are pleased to
hear your advice on our service and product. Your complaint will be dealt with
fairly and confidentially. And we will keep you fully informed of progress.
